Careers
Our goal at Jo’s is to continue to serve homemade Italian sandwiches and pastas to a growing number of guests in a casual, convenient, and friendly way. None of that is possible without our great team.
We train and promote our team members from within to carry out the number of Team Member opportunities that exist within Jo’s – from serving customers to making espresso, cooking pasta, making sandwiches, and leadership responsibilities.
Whether you’re a student looking for an entry level role, a food service veteran, or anywhere in between, we have a role designed with you in mind.

We work off a steady-state schedule which means you’ll work the same days and times every week with predictable hours.
